Industry Connections & Business Presentations

Throughout the Tour of Wok program, participants will have opportunities to connect directly with professionals and organizations across China’s culinary and hospitality industries. A series of business presentations and industry sessions will be arranged with restaurant owners, executive chefs, culinary educators, food entrepreneurs, hospitality managers, and other industry leaders. These presentations will provide participants with firsthand insights into China’s rapidly evolving food and hospitality landscape, including restaurant operations, culinary trends, business models, food sourcing, branding, and innovation. Through presentations, Q&A sessions, site visits, and professional networking, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the industry while building valuable connections that can extend beyond the program.
